I decided, to use a bit of my blue/green/grey color also at the balkony and at the back of the house for consistensy...
A year ago, I also made one curtain for the livingroom, but never finished the second one...now I'm not satisfied with the curtain at all, so that has to be changed!

Roof progress!
Are you already bored of my posting....:)
Just wanted you to show the work on the roof exit...I'm very pleased with the result!
Also made a bench, needs a mattress and a climbing rose, but that will happen soon. The picture with mattress is to show you the idea, but I need an other fabric. It's nice but not perfect....
Maybe you think, what a lot of bleu...but I think when everything will be covered with green, the blue will give a freshness to the whole.

This and That....
I love to play again, I sure have missed it!
I have surfed on the net, to get some inspiration....wow, so many great things to see:)
A visit to Janices blog, brought me a great idea! She has a beautiful blog and at the moment she is working on a walled garden:) www.minworks.blogspot.com
In one of her post, she tells about Elizabeth who makes wonderful things, like amazing breakfast trays.

I immediately thought, good idea also for in my bedroom! It never can be full enough:) Searching my stock, I found a suitable tray, I made years ago. The tray is made according to a workshop of Josje.
www.josje.bouwt.com klick on the link workshop/dienblad.
The next thing was prepairing a wonderful breakfast:) Bon appétit!
I also did some work on the roof, added some thingies, most of them gifts from my dear friend Mercedes;) I aged the chicken coop en painted the pigeon run, set up a little high tea table and painted some Champagne caps to use as stools, simple and easy...they can also be piled up to save some space!
There are still many things to be done on the roof, but all in good time:)

Roof garden....
Dit some painting on the roof top...now the doorway house..(.how do you call that anyway? ) needs a roof. Don't know what or how I'm going to do that yet.
And if it's handy to have a chicken coop on the roof....??? Well that is the fun of the mini world I think, not everything has to be handy or wise!

What to do?
First I like to thank all of you for your kind comments... to see I'm not forgotten after such a long time of absence, makes me smile:)))
Now, I'm working again on the French house, new ideas pop up in my mind.
For instance, my plan was to make a little Tea house with loads of sweets and little gifts to buy. But now I'm not so sure anymore. Last night I came up with the idea to make a toy store...???
The shop is to narrow for table settings, and for toys it would be perfect!
Hmmm??? What to do????

Roof Garden....
Yes...it's incredible but here I am again...it should not get any crazier;)
Yesterday when I took a look at all your beautiful blogs, I got inspired and thought how nice it would be to have a roof garden on my French House....
So here is a sneek previeuw of the roof garden.
Most of the miniatures I made years ago and used at different projects...last night I painted them in a new color. I think their ultimate destination has become a spot on the roof:)
