I love to play again, I sure have missed it!
I have surfed on the net, to get some inspiration....wow, so many great things to see:)
A visit to Janices blog, brought me a great idea! She has a beautiful blog and at the moment she is working on a walled garden:) www.minworks.blogspot.com
In one of her post, she tells about Elizabeth who makes wonderful things, like amazing breakfast trays.

I immediately thought, good idea also for in my bedroom! It never can be full enough:) Searching my stock, I found a suitable tray, I made years ago. The tray is made according to a workshop of Josje.

The next thing was prepairing a wonderful breakfast:) Bon appétit!
I also did some work on the roof, added some thingies, most of them gifts from my dear friend Mercedes;) I aged the chicken coop en painted the pigeon run, set up a little high tea table and painted some Champagne caps to use as stools, simple and easy...they can also be piled up to save some space!
There are still many things to be done on the roof, but all in good time:)

Your breakfast is yammy. I like the small doilies on the tray.
ReplyDeleteThe house of birds is wonderful and the tea table very nice. Good idea the Champagne caps to use as stools.
Bye Faby
The little dolie under the teapot was a gift from my friend Ineke, she croched it herself...it's beautiful!
DeleteMmm zo'n ontbijtje op bed zou ik wel willen krijgen :) Wat leuk weer allemaal!
ReplyDeleteHaha, ik ook wel:)))))
DeleteA breakfast tray on the bed is always a winning idea, especially because it gives the impression that someone prepare us breakfast in bed, at least in the dollhouse!
ReplyDeleteHow nice to see your enthusiasm back :-)
Love all details on the roog garden :-)
Mini hugs

DeleteOh, it is all looking fabulous. Looking forward to your future blog entries. Such a neat project.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, hope to post a lot more!
DeleteI could never get tired of you, Sab. I love a breakfast tray on a bed. It provides a sign that someone lives there and they will soon be eating their breakfast. Love the chicken coop and birdhouse. The table is so lovingly set and I was particularly attracted by the lemon bowl and the open face sandwich on your breakfast tray.
ReplyDeleteNice to hear, the bread for the sandwich I baked myself and turned out very real:)
DeleteLove the potting table! You do make me laugh when you say oh I thought this and then I did that......then the most marvellous miniature appears!! Oh to be so talented.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous as always.
Haha,Janice I don't think I'm talented at all...thank you! The pottery table was one of my first furnitures I ever made, it is not perfect, but reminds me off how I started, and that's why I love it:)
ReplyDeleteWat ziet het er weer "Sab"-achtig uit, zo sfeervol altijd! Oh, die bordjes weet ik nog, die had je toen in zo'n klein kijkkastje ;-)
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely things to see, as usual. It's nice to be inspired and especially nice if you have all you need in your "stash". I never seem to have "that very thing". Lots of wood though!
ReplyDeleteThe little set table on the roof is lovely too - of course the weather will always be perfect in dollshouse land!
