This week I was to busy and had no time for miniatures. Time has come to work on the kitchen, I hope I will find some time soon;) The only thing I could do is a bit of light in the bookcase...

Coffee Table!

A nice addition to the living room is this new footstool which will be used as a coffee table.

Stove....

I have made a stove for the kitchen. First I wanted to buy one, but the price was beyond my budget so I thought it was cheaper to make one myself. For the inspiration I surched on the net and made up my own design. At first everything went well, until the paint job:(
I'm not pleased with the result at all, luckily the photo is not so clear so you can't see all the faults. For now the stove will stay, even it is not perfect at all....

Summer sit....

I have attached the summer sit to the side of the house. I'm intended to make a garden in the future which I can attache to the house. Lots of plans as always..

The gate to the garden is already in it's place. It is the lid of the box Mercedes send me years ago. I turned the box in to the Chicken coop which now is stationed on the roof garden and probably will move to the garden in the future.

I decorate the summer sit a while ago, but forgot to show it....

I also add some new things in the house...

Almost finished....

The living room is almost finished now, that means for the furnishing part.

The bookcase and cabinet need loads of stuff....

Pantry...

The last days I have worked on a pantry in the kitchen. Because I had removed the food boxes from the cabinet they needed a new storage place.

The pantry is removable, so it is easier to get inside it. There is also lights, but it is difficult to show you...:(

As you can see, there is a lot of work to do in the kitchen......

Make over!

I thought the lady of the house deserved a comfy bench......so I worked on some changes ;)

The cute cushion with the birdcage, Mercedes made for me;)

I also moved the cabinet from the kitchen to the living room...I decided to build a pantry in the kitchen to storage the food:)

Where do I store it...?

Yesterday, I did some cleaning and going through my stock of miniatures I found this box with food. Some are for the frige but a lot had to be stored in ???

So I made this....and if I say it myself, I love it!!!!

After I was finished I prepared some diner:)

Bits and pieces...

No big things today!

Last night I worked on some little miniatures because I need some serious filling for the house.

I'm running out my stock of collected miniatures:((((

So I thought , I'll let the bigger construction work for what it is and give a go on some smaller projects.....

I filled a dome with mounted butterflies.
The butterflies are made by Carla Zandvliet, she makes the most beautiful flowers out of silk...

I also filled some seed bags to do some planting....I purchased the prints at the Arnhem fair and filled the bags with fine sugar;)

The plans "of how to decorate the kitchen" are getting each day more shape, so I had to play and dress up the bakers rack.
I filled this jar with dried tomatoes in oil, and searched through my stock for more decoration.
The cute plates and can, were a gift from Mercedes.

A while ago Ilona of minimumloon.blogspot.nl made these lovely crates. Immediately It reminded me of prints I had in stock I purchased for some crates....Well Ilona, this is what I came up with;)

The hand stiched towel and croched potholders were a gift from my friend Sylvia....yesterday a new (big) gift came in the mail?!?! I will keep it for myself for now before I show it to you....I prommise to show it when I'm done with it....???

Last night, I made the fireplace for the living room. Next to the fireplace, I will build a big bookcase which will cover the whole wall.
